Programs
Junior Olympic Training
Fall 2024: Year round invitation-only competitive diving training on 1-meter and 3-meter springboard. Integrated gymnastic, acrobatic and diving training with the goal of USA Diving and AAU Regional, Zone and National competition. This group will be trained to use the trampoline, dry-diving board, and 3-meter springboard.

Monday - Thursday & Sunday mornings - Times TBA
Basic Training
Fall 2024: Training groups focusing on 1-meter springboard. Designed for summer league and high school divers, this is also a starting point for those who want to learn to dive. Held weekly at the McKay Natatorium in Fairfax, VA. 60 Minute classes with 10 minutes of dryland drills and 50 minutes of in-water training.

Training Facilities
Nova Meteors train on the campus of George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. The Jim McKay Natatorium is an exceptional diving facility equipped with four one-meter springboards, and two three-meter springboards. On deck dryland equipment includes a 7 x 14 trampoline, dry diving board into 32 inch thick landing mat, and overhead harness for learning complex somersaulting skills.
